Will this surgery change my voice?

Where is the graft taken from if it is your own cartilage?
A small section of rib cartilage is typically used, or medical-grade synthetic materials (such as Medpor or solid silicone) are used, which provide a result identical to bone/cartilage.
Will the scar be noticeable?
The incision is very small (about 2–3 cm) and is strategically placed in a neck crease or under the jaw so that, once healed, it blends in with the skin texture.
Is it compatible with other facial treatments?
