Augmentation Mammoplasty

Project Your Femininity

What is
Augmentation Mammoplasty?

It is a surgical procedure designed to create a feminine bust through the placement of state-of-the-art breast implants. Unlike conventional augmentation, in gender affirmation surgery, we pay special attention to the chest structure, the position of the nipple-areola complex, and skin elasticity after hormone therapy.

Our goal at Clínica San Clemente is for your new breasts to not only be the size you desire but also to be in perfect proportion with your shoulders and hips, achieving a smooth and authentic visual transition.

Your transformation: The Step-by-Step Process

01

Silhouette Design

During your first consultation in Zaragoza, we try different volumes and projections to find the result that best meets your expectations.

02

Precision Surgery

Procedure performed under general anesthesia in a hospital setting. We use techniques that minimize scarring and protect sensitivity.

03

Supported Recovery

After 24-48 hours of rest, you can gradually resume your daily routine. We provide you with the specific post-operative bra and care guidelines.

04

Comprehensive Follow-up

Regular visits to ensure implants settle correctly and healing is optimal.

The art of
proportion

In trans-feminine physiognomy, the chest is often wider. Therefore, we do not choose the implant solely by cubic centimeters, but by its projection and base.

Frequently asked questions

At our clinic in Zaragoza, we not only address your medical concerns, but we also support you emotionally at every stage. Your safety and your identity are our priority.

When is the best time to perform it?

It is recommended to wait between 12 and 24 months of hormone therapy. This allows your own mammary gland to develop and serve as natural coverage for the implant.

Sensory preservation is a priority. We perform an atraumatic dissection, respecting the intercostal nerve bundles that innervate the area. Although there may be a transient alteration after surgery, the vast majority of patients regain normal sensitivity in the following months thanks to controlled tissue regeneration.

We base the choice of implant on the diameter of the mammary base and the desired projection to compensate for the distance between nipples, which is usually greater in trans patients. We often use the dual plane, placing the implant partially under the pectoral muscle to provide natural coverage in the upper part and a feminine drape in the lower part.
