I had three major surgeries with Dr. Herrero over approximately one year: FFS (Facial Feminization Surgery), Colovaginoplasty, and a combination of 360º liposuction with lipo-sculpture to the chest and buttocks.
The FFS was even more transformative in terms of my daily life than the colovaginoplasty. The results were fantastic, and I am considering adding some extra changes over the years.
I find no fault with the work, recovery, or experience. To give some more technical data: with a gender facial recognition program, before surgery, my face was recognized as +80% male, and after recovery, the score was a solid 96% female. Most cis-women I know who have tried this program scored 70-80% female. I expected no less.
The colovaginoplasty was simply incredible. A gynecologist in Taiwan recently performed a vaginal exam on me. She asked me when I had my hysterectomy while using the speculum.
That’s how good it turned out! As for sensitivity, incredible. It took me 3-4 months of recovery to discover it, but 3 or 4 years later, I am still amazed at what my body can experience now.
The BBL and liposuction, again, I’m very happy. They didn’t change my life as much as the other two surgeries, but the quality is just as good. I am happy with my body in a way I never thought I could be.
Dr. Herrero is a gentleman, kind, and took all the time in the world to explain all my doubts. He was sweet and completely understood all my needs.
